Our team will then build and train your custom AI, and you'll get test call access before going live. Most customers are fully operational within 2-3 business days.

The $250 pilot includes 300 minutes of inbound call time, custom AI training for your business, calendar integration, call notifications via SMS/email, and full support. We'll cover up to 50 extra minutes one time during the pilot. After that, additional minutes are billed at $0.30/min. We'll notify you if you're approaching your included minutes. Best part: if you upgrade to a monthly plan within 15 days of the pilot ending, the $250 is credited toward your first month's payment.

No special equipment needed! You just need: (1) A phone number (we can provide one or use your existing number), (2) A calendar like Google Calendar or Outlook, and (3) Email or text capability to receive notifications. Everything runs in the cloud—we handle all the technical infrastructure.

The AI responds instantly, handles interruptions gracefully, and sounds warm and professional. You can choose to have the AI introduce itself as an "AI assistant" if you prefer transparency, but it's not required.

Our team then trains the AI specifically on your business details. The AI stores this information and uses it to answer questions accurately, just like a well-trained employee would.

The AI is programmed to be honest about its limitations. If it encounters a question outside its knowledge base, it will politely let the caller know that someone will get back to them and immediately sends you a notification with the details. You can also configure automatic live transfers for certain types of questions or situations.

It offers open time slots to the customer, books the appointment on the spot, and sends confirmation messages to both you and the customer. We can also connect to most CRMs via API. If you don't have a CRM, we can log leads in Google Sheets or send them via email.

Absolutely! Just email us with the changes you want—update pricing, add new services, change the greeting, adjust scheduling rules, etc. Most updates are completed quickly at no extra charge. Only major script rewrites might have a small fee.

No hidden fees! You pay a flat monthly rate based on your plan plus a one-time setup fee (Starter: $250, Growth: $500, Pro: $997). Each plan includes a monthly call-minute allowance—Starter gets 300 minutes, Growth gets 750 minutes, Pro gets 2,000 minutes. If you exceed your minutes, you only pay overage rates: $0.30/min (Starter), $0.25/min (Growth), or $0.20/min (Pro).

Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel with 30 days' notice, and you'll have access until the end of your current billing period. We earn your business every month by delivering results—not by locking you into contracts.

We offer a Deployment Guarantee: If we're unable to connect and activate your AI agent, you'll receive a full refund. However, once the agent is live and operational, all payments are non-refundable. We're confident in our ability to get you up and running—that's why we guarantee it.

Pro ($1,197/mo): Everything in Growth plus outbound follow-ups, advanced scripts, CRM integration, and performance reporting. 2,000 minutes + 200 outbound minutes included.

Yes. All calls and data are encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Customer information is stored on secure servers with regular backups. ServiceLineAI never sells or shares customer data. All information belongs to the business owner and is used only to handle calls and bookings. You own your data and can export or delete it anytime.

We have 99.9% uptime and redundant systems to prevent outages. If there's ever a technical issue, we have automatic failover systems in place. You can also configure backup call forwarding to your personal phone as a safety net. Our team monitors the system 24/7 and resolves any issues immediately.

Yes! You can keep your existing number. We'll provide you with a ServiceLineAI number, and you simply forward your business line to it. Your customers will still call your regular number—they won't notice any difference. Alternatively, we can provide you with a new toll-free number if you prefer.

No, we do not record audio from calls by default. We only capture call transcripts, summaries, and key information (like customer details and appointment requests) to help you manage your business. However, if you'd like audio recording capabilities for quality assurance, training, or compliance purposes, we can offer it as an additional add-on service. Just let us know during onboarding or anytime after, and we'll set it up for you.
